From ballot to result, in four steps
Every VoteSure election follows the same straightforward path, however contested the race or however large the membership.
Step 1
Build your ballot
Add contested positions and yes/no questions in the same election, with candidate names and photos, and set the winning rule for each: simple majority, supermajority, plurality, or unanimous.
Mix executive races with referendum questions on the same ballot. Each position gets its own winning threshold, matched to what your constitution or bylaws actually require.
Step 2
Upload your voter register
One Excel file, with each voter's unique ID (staff number, matric number, or membership ID). We validate it and show you exactly what will be imported before anything goes live.
Before anything is committed, you see a diff of what will change: new voters, updated records, and any rows with errors, so nothing is silently overwritten and bad rows don't hold up the rest of the register.
Step 3
Send it out
By bulk SMS with a private, single-use link for each voter, or a single shareable link secured with an ID check. Your choice, based on how formal the vote is.
Individual SMS links are the default for anything binding: every voter gets their own one-time link, so eligibility and one-vote-per-person are enforced automatically.
Step 4
Get your results
The moment polls close, get a detailed report and a winners' summary, branded with your own institution's logo and colors, ready to present or file.
Results are tallied automatically against the threshold you configured for each position, sealed against the underlying vote data, and exported as a branded PDF and Excel file.
