What this page covers
This policy covers the public VoteSure marketing website (votesure.org) only: the information we collect when you browse this site or submit the "Register an Election" form. It does not cover data handled inside a live VoteSure election (voter registers, ballots, or results), which is governed by a separate agreement with the institution running that election.
Information we collect
When you submit the "Register an Election" form, we collect the institution name, institution type, contact person's name, email, phone number, country, estimated voter count, preferred election date, and a short description of what you're voting on. We use this only to follow up about your election and prepare a quote.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your enquiry, scope your election, and prepare pricing. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Data retention
We retain lead submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain our own business records, and delete or anonymize them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Reach out using the contact details on our About page.
