Scope
These terms apply to your use of the public VoteSure marketing website (votesure.org). They do not cover the VoteSure voting platform itself, which is governed by a separate service agreement signed with each institution before an election is run.
No self-serve purchase
Submitting the "Register an Election" form is an enquiry, not a purchase or a binding commitment. Pricing is confirmed only once we've discussed your election directly and issued a written quote.
Accuracy of content
We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it's provided for general informational purposes and doesn't constitute a contractual guarantee about the voting platform's features or pricing.
